GAMEPLAY: FROM 2 TO 2048

In 2048 4x4, numbered tiles move across a 4x4 grid when you use the arrow keys or WASD to move the entire grid. The game starts with small numbered tiles. Tiles with the same value combine when they meet, creating a new tile with twice their value: 2 → 4 → 8 → 16 → 32 → 64 → 128 → 256 → 512 → 1024 → 2048. Reaching 2048 requires a long sequence of well-planned combinations to maintain enough open space for future moves.

2048 4x4 vs. Smaller Boards
